Established in 2006, Kaizen is contributing to lead the society in the field of targeted change that aims to; continuously build individual personalities to keep pace with the successful investments in life and work. Our target is to help organizations grow and prosper by providing training courses and consultancies that help ‘continuously improve’ their working techniques, as well as, the performances of their employees from top managers to individual workers. At Kaizen, we have an energizing and positive spirit whilst working in concert with our clients’ management teams, designing tailored training programs that work for their organization. Our staffs are trained to be adaptable, flexible and are specialized in providing consultancies giving serious considerations to our clients’ needs and requirements.

WHAT IS THE MEANING OF KAIZEN?

Kaizen is derived from a Japanese term, meant for “Continous improvement’. It is one of the Lean Production techniques that are used to reduce the time in order to increase work efficiency. Kaizen adheres to organizations as well as individuals that its ‘way of life’ philosophy assumes that every aspect of our needs to be continously improved. The two key elements of “Kaizen” are quality and effort, which is what we try to improve at our clients’ organizations, by all means.
